Impact of This Role
This position’s top priority is to support the Financial Advisor in optimizing all aspects of the business. This includes operations, investments, and the financial planning process. We strive to deliver an elegantly simple, responsive, and personalized client experience, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and create repeatable processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Support advisor in creating scalable systems to optimize business operations.
· Leverage technology tools to deliver a five-star client experience.
· Schedule and track follow-up activities to ensure continued progress on projects.
· Conduct research on a variety of investments, planning, and other topics.
· Assist the lead advisor in preparing for client meetings.
· Prepare client communications, including presentation decks, emails, and other materials.
· Document and summarize meeting notes to understand clients’ evolving needs.
· Update, monitor, and track client progress toward their financial goals.
Qualifications
· Ideally 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry. However, we are open to candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong potential and alignment with the firm’s values.
· Bachelor’s degree required; CFP certification preferred or in process.
· Series 65 or 66 is a bonus.
· Commitment to producing high-quality work with keen attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
· Positive attitude with a client service orientation.
· Ability to solve problems independently and maintain productivity in a home office environment.
· Strict adherence to client confidentiality.
· Experience with our tech stack is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has limited or no experience with these tools.
Tech We Use
Schwab Advisor Center, Advyzon, MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, Income Lab, PowerPoint, Adobe, Microsoft 365. We are committed to leveraging technology to enhance the client experience and streamline operations.
Compensation & Perks
· Quarter to half-time initially, with the potential to grow to full-time based on mutual interest and business needs.
· Open to 1099 or W2.
· Compensation: $30-$70/hour based on experience, with potential for growth as the role expands.
· Opportunity for company-approved professional development (e.g., CFP, CE, and other designations).
